Fruit and Cheese Platter
|Fresh lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Red skinned apples||2 , cored and cut into wedges|
|Green apples||2 , cored and cut into wedges|
|Kiwifruit||4 , peeled and cut into slices|
|Oranges||2 , peeled, segmented and white pith removed|
|Camembert cheese||4 Ounce (100 Grams)|
|Stilton cheese||4 Ounce (100 Grams)|
|Tasty cheese||4 Ounce (100 Grams, Mature Cheddar Cheese)|
|Cheese biscuits||6 (Purchased / Homemade)|
1. Place lemon juice in a small bowl, add red and green apple wedges and toss to coat. This will help prevent the apple wedges from going brown.
2. Arrange red and green apple wedges, kiwifruit slices, orange segments, Camembert, Stilton and tasty (mature cheddar) cheeses attractively with biscuits and dip on a large platter.
