It’s summer grilling season so let me help you navigate your local meat department and choose just the right cut of meat for your weekend cookout.Meats can look very similar but taste very different and have varied textures.There are many methods to prepare meat. It’s best to use a meat thermometer to determine the “doneness” some tips, Rare – 120 degrees F, Medium Rare – 125 degrees F, Medium – 130 degrees F.
