If you are a tea addict, then I would recommend that you add cinnamon to your daily cup of tea for the enhanced flavor and added health benefits. If you are already looking forward making the cinnamon tea, let me guide you on How To Dissolve Cinnamon In Tea, for that perfect flavor.

Cinnamon gets its scent and flavor from a chemical compound called cinnamaldehyde.

Cinnamon is essentially bark of a tree and is difficult to dissolve. However, all the properties and the rich flavor of cinnamon can be had by infusing it properly in the tea. Infusing is as powerful a method as dissolving and gives all the benefits that a dissolved cinnamon would.

  • It will help, if you use a tea infuser.
  • Brew the tea as usual.
  • Place a small cinnamon stick or cinnamon powder in the tea infuser.
  • Place this cinnamon filled infuser in the tea cup or pot.
  • Allow the cinnamon to steep for about 12-15 minutes.
  • Remove the infuser and enjoy your tea as you normally do.

If you don’t have a tea infuser, you could place the cinnamon stick in a cup of hot water and allow it to steep for 8-10 minutes and add it to the water you will you to make tea.

Cinnamon can also be used in other hot drinks such as coffee, milk and hot chocolate.
