Avanelle Rivera: Discovering Parmigiano Reggiano

I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised by all of the emails about our new Pelham store. We actually just finished working through the floor plans on Monday which has been a pretty smooth process for all of us. I am starting to feel like an old pro at all of this stuff which, I guess, is a good thing. With the success of Fairway Paramus I am anxious to get our next store open. It is going to be huge, most likely north of 60,000 square feet, which makes it our biggest store to date. Believe it or not, we now need all of that space. With everything we have added over the years, from products to the in-store production of our hand pulled mozzarella cheese, we need every inch we can get. One exciting development is our planned liquor store right next to our food market. I will keep you all up to date on the latest developments for Fairway Pelham and as soon as I can bring along a camera, I will be posting another new store walking tour.
