|Dry white wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 Milliliter)|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 Milliliter)|
|Chopped fresh rosemary/1 teaspoon crumbled dried rosemary||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Grated lemon rind||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
