Wash grapes and pick from the stems.
Squeeze out the pulp plus juice and save the skins.
Cook the pulp and juice in a covered saucepan till seeds separate from pulp and pulp is very soft.
Press through a sieve and discard seeds.
Mix sieved pulp and skins together and measure.
Add 1 cup sugar for each cup of the grape mixture.
Stir and boil 10 minutes.
Add the rind and juice plus walnuts and boil 5 minutes longer.
Bottle and seal with paraffin.
