Yeast Rising Cornbread

Ingredients
  Dried yeast/2 cakes 2 Tablespoon
  Cornmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Lukewarm)
  Soy flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 2 Small, beaten
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Nutritional yeast 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Soften yeast in milk.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Blend in other ingredients.
Turn into oiled 8- x 8-inch pan.
Set in warm place and let rise at least 30 minutes.
Bake at 350° F. for 30 minutes.
Cool slightly and cut into squares.
