Easy Yeast Crescent Rolls
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs), scalded|
|Flour||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
Add butter and sugar to milk; stir until dissolved.
Cool to lukewarm.
Sprinkle in yeast; let soak for 5 minutes.
Combine flour and salt in mixing bowl; add yeast mixture, blending well.
Add eggs; cover.
Divide dough into 4 equal parts; roll out on floured board into circles as for pie.
Cut each circle into 12 wedges; roll wedges up, beginning with larger end.
Place on cookie sheet; let rise for 1 hour.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
