Tomato Bouillon

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato juice 46 Ounce
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a medium saucepan, heat butterand saute onion until golden, about 3 minutes.
2) Add celery, tomato juice, bay leaf, oregano, seasoned salt, and pepper; bring to boiling.
3) Lower the heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes.
4) Strain the mixture.

SERVING
5) Serve the tomato bouillon hot or cold.
