|Concord grapes||3 Pound|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1 Mash the grapes.
2 In a pan add water and grapes.Simmer for 15 minutes.
3 Strain through a jelly bag and measure the juice extracted.Each cup of juice will need 3/4th cup of sugar to set.
4 In a pan add grape juice along with sugar and boil rapidly until jelly like consistancy is achieved.
5 Serve as desired.
