Oatmeal Herb Yeast Bread

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Warm milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil leaf 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Caraway seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried leaf tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry yeast 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Rolled oats 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 375F.
2.Oil 9 x 5 inch baking pan and keep aside.

MAKING
3.Take a mixer bowl and put oil, brown sugar, milk, salt, basil, caraway seeds, tarragon leaves and yeast in it and mix.
4.Allow the mixture to settle for 5 minutes.
5.Blend the mixture and add oats and one half flour to it.
6.Make into a dough using the leftover flour.
7.Take a bowl, oil it and put the dough in it.
8.Allow the dough to rise by leaving it covered for some time.
9.Once done, take the dough out and roll it in the shape of loaf.
10.Put the dough in the pan and bake for 35- 40 minutes.
11.The loaf is done, when it turns to golden brown and gives out hollow sound on tapping.
12.Take the loaf out of pan and allow to cool.

SERVING
13.Serve warm with tea/ coffee.
