Tomato Bouillon

Ingredients
  Tomato juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Beef bouillon 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Bay leaf 1 Small
  Onion slice 1
  Celery leaves 4
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix tomato juice, bouillon, bay leaf, onion, and celery leaves in saucepan.
Bring to boil and simmer, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Strain; add lemon juice and season to taste.
Serve hot, or chill and serve cold.
Makes 4 cups.
