YEAST EXTRACT GRAVY

This Yeast Extract Gravy adds subtle flavors to your dishes. Quick and easy to cook, keep Yeast Extract Gravy ready to whip up a dish in minutes.
Ingredients
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Water 1 Pint
  Yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Gravy mix 2 Ounce
  Flour 2 Ounce
  Butter/Oil 2 Ounce
  Soya sauce 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, heat butter or pan.
2. Add the flour and seasonings. Let it simmer for 3 minutes. Stir continuously but do not brown.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Simmer gently over a low flame for 15 minutes. Keep stirring off and on.
4. Remove from flame. Store it in the refrigerator until required.

SERVING
5. Use Yeast Extract Gravy to prepare sauces and as a gravy to vegetarian meals.
