YEAST EXTRACT GRAVY
|Gravy mix||2 Ounce|
|Soya sauce||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
1. In a pan, heat butter or pan.
2. Add the flour and seasonings. Let it simmer for 3 minutes. Stir continuously but do not brown.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Simmer gently over a low flame for 15 minutes. Keep stirring off and on.
4. Remove from flame. Store it in the refrigerator until required.
5. Use Yeast Extract Gravy to prepare sauces and as a gravy to vegetarian meals.
