Grape Conserve

Ingredients
  Grapes 1 Pound
  Orange 1⁄4 (Seeds Removed)
  Seedless raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Wash the grapes thoroughly, then drain and remove the stems.
Separate the skins and the pulp.
Chop the skins and reserve.
Cook the grape pulp for about 10 minutes, then press through a food mill and discard the seeds.
Chop the orange, using the fine blade in the food chopper.
Combine the grape pulp, orange, raisins, sugar and salt in a large kettle.
Cook, stirring frequently, over high heat until slightly thickened, then add the reserved grape skins and cook for about 10 minutes.
Stir in the nuts and pour immediately into hot jars.
Fasten lids and process in boiling water in a waterbath canner for 10 minutes.
