Classic Cranberry Conserve

|Cranberries||4 Cup (64 tbs) (fresh)|
|Orange||1 Large, quartered|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon, powdered|
1. Put the cranberries and orange through the food chopper, saving all the juice.
2. Add sugar, cinnamon and salt. Mix, put into a glass or china bowl, cover and place in the refrigerator. Chill 1 or 2 days.
3. Serve with meat, poultry or fish.
