Cannellini in Caper Vinaigrette

|Italian cannellini beans||20 Ounce (1 Can, White Beans)|
|Roasted red peppers||2 , diced (Buy Oil-Packed Peppers In A Jar)|
|Sweet onion||1⁄2 , chopped (Such As Vidalia)|
|For the caper vinaigrette|
|Olive oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Drained capers||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry hot mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Drain and rinse the beans.
Combine them with the peppers and onion in a serving dish.
Combine the dressing ingredients in a jar.
Shake well and pour over the salad.
Toss, cover, and marinate for at least an hour, stirring occasionally.
