An easy to make healthy oatmeal yeast bread recipe. This recipe was given to my mother by one of her friends. She makes this bread very frequently, so that we all get a healthy diet. It is very nutritious. If you also wish to give your family a healthy diet. You should try this oatmeal yeast bread recipe.
Ingredients
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oatmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄6 Cup (2.67 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Dry yeast 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Dissolved In Water)
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs) (More If Needed)
Directions

Stage1-Put boiling water over oatmeal and add shortening, molasses and salt.

Stage2-Cool to lukewarm. Add eggs and dissolved yeast.

Stage3-Add flour; knead and let rise same as other bread.

Stage4-Form into rolls or two loaves.

Stage5-Bake at 325 degrees fareinhite for 25-35 minutes.
