|Seeded ground lemon||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pectin powder||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||6 1⁄2 Cup (104 tbs)|
Berries with hollow cores should not be used.
Combine berries, lemon, pectin and water in a large sauce pot.
Bring to a rolling boil, stirring gently.
Return to a rolling boil.
Boil hard 1 minute, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat, stir gently 3 minutes to distribute fruit.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space.
Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
