Yeast Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
  Lukewarm water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Active dry yeast 1
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Hot water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Molasses 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Pecan 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

Measure 1/2 cup water into large mixing bowl.
Sprinkle in sugar and stir until dissolved.
Sprinkle yeast over water and let stand 10 minutes.
Stir well.
Stir in 2 cups water and egg.
