Herbed Tomato Bouillon

Ingredients
  Beef flavored bouillon granules 1 Teaspoon
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  No salt added tomato juice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Low sodium worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Dried rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Whole)
  Dried thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Whole)
  Pepper lemon slices 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Dissolve bouillon granules in hot water; add tomato juice and next 6 ingredients, stirring well.
Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap, and microwave at HIGH for 3 to 5 minutes or until bouillon mixture is hot.
To serve, ladle bouillon into soup bowls.
Garnish each serving with a lemon slice, if desired.
