Apple Blueberry Conserve

Ingredients
  Peeled, cored and coarsely diced tart apples 1 Quart
  Stemmed blueberries 1 Quart
  Sugar 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large sauce pot.
Bring slowly to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Cook rapidly until thick, about 20 minutes.
As mixture thickens, stir frequently to prevent sticking.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch head space.
Adjust caps.
Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
