Yeast Raised Corn Bread

Ingredients
  Compressed yeast/2 tablespoons dry active yeast 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs), heated to lukewarm
  Eggs 2 , lightly beaten
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Stone ground yellow cornmeal 1
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Brewer's yeast 3 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Soften the compressed or dry active yeast in the milk. Blend in the remaining ingredients. Turn into a buttered 8-inch-square pan. Cover and set in a warm place to rise until almost doubled, about 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
3. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the bread is done.
