|Peaches||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped|
|Maraschino cherries||10 Ounce, cut up, with the syrup (1 Bottle)|
|Crushed pineapple||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Sugar||7 1⁄2 Cup (120 tbs)|
|Liquid pectin||6 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
Combine first ingredients in 4 quart covered glass dish.
Cover; cook in Radarange oven 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, add sugar; stir well.
Return to oven, uncovered, for 15 minutes; stir every 5 minutes.
Mixture should be boiling.
Stir in pectin.
Return to oven, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes more.
Temperature should read 220° when removed.
Stir 5 minutes to cool.
Ladle into sterilized jars or glasses; paraffin at once.
Cover when cool.
