Cut the apricots into halves.
Put into the Slo cooker.
Cover with the water.
Cook for recommended time.
Transfer to a large pan.
Add the lemon juice and sugar.
Heat slowly until all the sugar has dissolved.
Bring to the boil and continue to boil briskly until setting point is reached (approximately 15-20 minutes).
Allow to cool, pot and cover in the usual way.
