Ingredients

Chicken wings 2 Pound
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Butter 8 Tablespoon ((1 stick))
Hot sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((I prefer Franks Hot Sauce))
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) , mince
Brown sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Honey 3 Tablespoon
Lime zest 1 Tablespoon ((or zest of 1 lime))
Lime 3 , juiced
Chopped fresh cilantro 3 Tablespoon
Cold water 2 Tablespoon
Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY:

1.Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.

MAKING:

2.In a bowl add the chicken wings. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix until all of the wings are coated completely.

3.Line a sheet tray with aluminum foil and add a cooking cooling rack on top. Add the chicken wings to the top and put into the oven

4.Bake for 35-40 minutes, taking the wings out halfway and flipping them

5.In a saucepan over medium high heat melt the butter. To the butter add the hot sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, honey, lime zest, lime juice, and chopped fresh cilantro. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

6.After 10 minutes take the sauce off of the heat.

7.In a small bowl mix together the 2 tablespoons cold water and 1 tablespoon cornstarch until the cornstarch is dissolved. Add the cornstarch slurry into the sauce and stir to combine completely.

8.Once the wings are cooked put them into a bowl and add as much of the sauce as you'd like.

SERVING:

9.Serve hot with extra dipping sauce on the side! Happy Super Bowl!

NOTES;

This recipe makes more sauce than the 2 pounds of wings need! You can coat up to a few lbs of wings with this delicious sauce
