|Shredded pineapple||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Dried currants||1 Pound|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Almonds||1⁄2 Pound, blanched|
Peel oranges and cut into pieces.
Combine fruits and weigh.
Add an equal weight of sugar.
Add boiling water and cook rapidly until thick.
Add almonds, pour into clean hot glasses and seal.
