Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Chopped garlic | 2 Tablespoon | |
Canned pepperoncini | 10 Ounce (((1 can))) | |
Chicken stock | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (((For reconstitution))) |
MAKING:
1.Select saute on your Instant Pot, and add the vegetable oil.
2.When the Instant Pot has gotten hot, saute all sides of the roast until it has browned.
3.Add garlic, pepperoncini (the peppers and all of the liquid), and the chicken stock.
4.Cook on manual high pressure for 70 minutes. Perform a quick or natural release.
