In this video we are gonna be making Roasted Brussel Sprouts And Bacon With Balsamic Reduction.We are gonna take this vegetable along with few more ingredients and turn it into something that everyone is gonna love.So lets get into it!

Ingredients

Balsamic vinegar 16 Ounce
Center cut bacon slices 10 (((reserve the rendered fat)))
Onion 1 Large , slice
Fresh brussels sprouts 1 1/2 Pound , trimmed (((washed and cut into quarters or halves)))
Grand diamond all purpose seasoning To Taste (((OR Homemade Mixture of Seasonings)))
Dried italian herbs 2 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY:

1.Preheat Oven to 425 Degrees F.

2.Slice the onion. Trim and cut the brussel sprouts into halves or quarters. Set aside.

MAKING:

3.Pour the vinegar in a medium sauce pot over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.

4.Turn the heat down to medium and reduce the vinegar by half. 5.Remove from the heat and set aside.

6.Place a rack on a baking sheet. Lay the bacon on the rack and cook at 425 degrees until crispy.

7.Once done, drain the bacon a paper towel. Remove the rack.

8.Toss the brussel sprouts in the reserved bacon fat, along with the seasoning, dried herbs and onions. If there isnt enough bacon fat to coat the vegetables just use additional olive oil.

9.The vegetables should be well coated but not swimming in oil. Dont crowd the pan. Roast the brussel sprouts in two batches if necessary.

10.Roast at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the desired tenderness is reached.

11.Once done, top with chopped bacon and drizzle with balsamic reduction.

SERVING:

12.Serve and enjoy!

TIPS:

If this dish is made in advance it may be reheated in a baking dish with a cover or aluminum foil.
