This rack of Lamb is simple and packed with delicious flavor. It's painted with Dijon Mustard and then encrusted in a Herbed and Parmesan Breadcrumb mixture.

|Dijon mustard||8 Teaspoon|
|Fresh breadcrumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Fresh parsley||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
1.Prepare lamb as shown in the video.
2.Sprinkle salt and pepper over lamb pieces.
3.Heat oil in a pan and cook meat on both sides until fat is rendered.
4.Add to preheated oven and bake for 7-8 minutes.
5.In a blender, combine breadcrumb, parsley, cheese, sauce, olive oil and process until mixture looks crumbly.
6.Brush with Dijon mustard and roll the rack in the prepared breadcrumb mixture.
7.Cook for another 10-15 minutes.
8.Serve and enjoy!
