Mango shake is a cool summer drink Blend together all the ingredients and serve chilled. For health reasons one can omit sugar.
MAKING 1 In a blender grind the first 3 ingredients. 2 Stir in water and sugar and mix whisk briskly. Chill for some time. SERVING 3 Sprinkle rose water and add crushed ice to each individual serving. Serve.

Combine all ingredients except bananas ginger ale. Stir well then chill. Cream bananas add to mixture just before serving beat well. Lastly add ginger ale stir and serve.
