Panna

Panna could refer to two terms in the culinary language. It could either be used to refer to Panna Cotta, an Italian dessert preparation which means “cooked cream”. It is prepared by cooking together milk, sugar and cream to which gelatin is added. The other preparation known by the name Panna is Aam Panna, a cooling and refreshing summer drink belonging to the Indian cuisine, which is prepared using raw mangoes.
