Kadhi Pakora is a main course food item that belongs to the Indian cuisine. The main ingredients required for preparing Kadhi Pakora are yoghurt, gram flour (Besan), asafetida, chili powder, fenugreek and cumin seeds. The yoghurt and gram flour is mixed together and is fried in oil tempered with cumin and asafetida, and is then cooked along with water. Fried dumplings made of gram flour are added to the gravy.
