Among the non-vegetarian food items, laal maas (red mutton curry) and safed maas (white mutton curry) are well-liked. Chicken is usually a secondary meat in Rajasthani cuisine.

 

Sweets are an importantpart of the grand cuisine of Jaipur. Ghevar, mawa burfi and beasn ke ladoo are some of the sweet delicacies that are served on in festivals and special occasions.
