Homemade Green Mango Jam
MAKING 1 In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients thoroughly. 2 Take 6 molds and pour the mixture into them. Put and stick and freeze until set. SERVING 3 Serve the aam ki chuski on sticks chilled.
Aam Ki Baraf Chuski
1. Peel pears leaving the stalks intact. Heat water in large saucepan add rest of ingredients except mango stir well. 2. When sugar dissolves add pears stir cover. 3. Simmer on low forlhr turn pears few times to cook on all sides. 4. Remove pears from water. 5

Chill pulp and mix with the sugar. Dissolve the sugar and add the cream. Blend and add cardamom powder. Chill. Serve in individual cups.
