Chicken Gravy

Chicken gravy is basically the gravy that is made separately and refrigerated for making various chicken dishes over a course of time. This gravy is refrigerated after preparation and used in the future to be added to any of the chicken dishes. The gravy is heated just before adding the fresh chicken pieces and then cooked for two to three minutes before it is ready to be served. Some of the ingredients used to make chicken gravy are onions, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, butter or oil, etc.
