Chapatis

Chapatis is a form of bread but different in shape and taste. The flour and perfect quantity of water gives the Chapatis a prefect shape and taste. Must catch it.
Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ghee 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Mix the above ingredients into a chapati dough.
Cover and keep for 30 minutes.
Make balls the size of walnuts, and roll each one out into a chapati.
Microwave each chapati for 30 to 40 seconds on each side covering wholly with a paper napkin.
Keep warm in a chafing dish.
