East Indies Marinade

Ingredients
  Yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Cardamom 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cloves 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Bay leaves 4 , crushed
Directions

Combine all ingredients.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Use also to baste chicken as it cooks.
