Ingredients
  Pepper 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cloves 1 Tablespoon
  Cumin 1 Tablespoon
  Mace 3⁄4 Tablespoon
  Cardamom 3⁄4 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon, broken into bits
Directions

Dry roast the ingredients till you get a mild aroma.
Grind together to a Fine powder.
Cool and store in an air tight jar.
