Doodh Powva has a defining taste. The kismis and almonds dressing gives the Doodh Powva a prefect taste. Must have it.
Ingredients
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs) (At Room Temperature)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Sultanas 1 Tablespoon
  Poha 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Blanched and sliced almonds 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla essence 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Crushed cardamoms 1 Pinch
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
Directions

Microwave, milk, sugar and kismis in a large bowl for 3 minutes.
Wash powva and add to the hot milk.
Again microwave for 2-3 minutes but take care that the milk does not spill over.
Let it stand for 10 minutes.
Mix in almonds.
Cool.
Stir in vanilla essence, cardamoms and nutmeg.
Chill.
