What can be more healthier than this steamed Idlis with Sprouts! Yea, with the goodness of sprout grams and uncooked rice, this steamed cakes are just the kind of breakfast anyone would want to indulge in. Such an easy dish to make and serve, these Idlis are indeed worth your try.
Ingredients
  Uncooked rice/Idli rava 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Black gram 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mung bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Wash the rice and black gram ana soak separately for an hour.
Grind the black gram to a paste.
Leave the rice/rava slightly coarse.
Mix the two together in a bigger vessel, add salt and mix again.
Leave to ferment for 14-16 hours.
Prepare idlis in an idli cooker or a pressure cooker without putting the weight on.
Grease the idli moulds lightly and fill them three-fourths with batter.
Sprinkle a tablespoon of the sprouts each idli.
Steam for 16-20 minutes.
Serve hot with wet or dry chutney and sambhar.
