Tomato Consomme Madras

Ingredients
  Jellied condensed consomme 2 Can (20 oz)
  Tomato juice 5 Ounce (Bottled)
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon (Or Paste)
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 1 (To Taste)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 1 Tablespoon, whipped
  Chopped chives 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat consomme very slightly to dissolve.
Add tomato juice and curry powder; mix thoroughly.
Add lemon juice.
Pour into soup cups; let chill.
Mix mayonnaise with lemon rind and juice; add whipped cream.
Put spoonful on center of each cup of soup; sprinkle with chopped chives.
