Crispy Paneer Bake has a Delectable taste.The Milk and Eggs gives the Crispy Paneer Bake Improbable taste.
Ingredients
  Butter 100 Gram
  White bread 1⁄2
  Paneer 250 Gram
  Green chutney 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Grated cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crushed wafers 100 Gram (Potato Crisps)
  Crushed pepper 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Butter the bread lightly on both sides and place a layer of the buttered bread at the bottom of the oven-proof dish.
Layer it with thin slices of paneer and chutney.
Repeat once more and finally finish with, a layer of buttered bread.
Beat the milk and eggs together and pour over the bread layers.
Keep at room temperature for 1 hour.
Mix cheese and wafers and sprinkle over the bread layers and bake for 30 minutes in the oven.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle crushed pepper.
