Crispy Paneer Bake
|Green chutney||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crushed wafers||100 Gram (Potato Crisps)|
|Crushed pepper||1 Teaspoon|
Butter the bread lightly on both sides and place a layer of the buttered bread at the bottom of the oven-proof dish.
Layer it with thin slices of paneer and chutney.
Repeat once more and finally finish with, a layer of buttered bread.
Beat the milk and eggs together and pour over the bread layers.
Keep at room temperature for 1 hour.
Mix cheese and wafers and sprinkle over the bread layers and bake for 30 minutes in the oven.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle crushed pepper.
