Oopma has a Ostentatious taste.The Sugar and Green Chilli gives the Oopma Mouth-watering taste. Must catch it
Ingredients
  Oil 8 Teaspoon
  Mustard seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped curry leaves 12 Cup (192 tbs)
  Finely chopped chilies 2
  Chopped onion 1 Small
  Salt To Taste
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shelled green peas 2 Teaspoon
  Raisins 2 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Semolina 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped cashew nuts 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil, add mustard seed and when they splutter add curry leaves, chillies and onjon and fry, stirfing for 2 minutes.
Add salt, sugar, green peas, raisins and water and let it come to the boil.
Simmer for 3 minutes until greenpeas are tender.
Add semolina and cook further on a low flame for 3-5 minutes.
Remove from the fire and mix in the cashewnuts.
Make 4 portions of the oopma.
Press one portion in the small bowl and turn it over onto a plate.
Repeat this process 3 times more
