|Peeled potatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cubed potatoes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Poha||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), washed (Pressed Rice)|
|Cumin seed powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Coriander seed powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lime||1 , juiced|
|Chopped coriander leaves||1 Tablespoon|
In a shallow dish put oil, curry leaves, onion, chilies and ginger and microwave covered for 2 minutes.
Stir in turmeric, salt and sugar and microwave for 30 seconds.
Mix in potatoes and water and microwave for 3 minutes.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients and microwave for 2 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves
