Ingredients
  Coriander seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cumin seeds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dry red chilies 15 (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Red gram 1 Tablespoon
  Split black gram 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Asafoetida 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fenugreek seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Dry roast the ingredients and grind them fine in a dry grinder.
While this masala keeps good for long it is best used when Fresh.
