Lemon Rice

Lemon Rice has mouth waterring taste. The Lemon flavour gives the Lemon Rice a tangy and bracing taste. Must catch it
Ingredients
  Cooked white rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Clarified butter 1 Teaspoon (Desi Ghee)
  Peanut oil 1 Teaspoon
  Urad dal 1 Teaspoon (Green Lentils)
  Chana dal 1 Teaspoon (Bengal Gram)
  Mustard seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Asafoetida 1 Pinch (Large Pinch, Hing)
  Curry leaves 4 , chopped
  Green chilies 2 , chopped
  Turmeric powder 1 Pinch (Large Pinch)
  Lime 1 , juiced
  Salt To Taste
  Peanuts 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Microwave in a bowl ghee and oil with urad and channa dal,peanuts, mustard seeds, and hing for 2 minutes.
Stir in curry leaves, chillies and turmeric powder and microwave for 30 seconds more.
Mix in the rice, lime juice and salt.
When ready to serve, sprinkle 1/2 cup of water over the rice and microwave for 3 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves
