|Clarified butter||1 Teaspoon (Desi Ghee)|
|Peanut oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Urad dal||1 Teaspoon (Green Lentils)|
|Chana dal||1 Teaspoon (Bengal Gram)|
|Mustard seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Asafoetida||1 Pinch (Large Pinch, Hing)|
|Curry leaves||4 , chopped|
|Green chilies||2 , chopped|
|Turmeric powder||1 Pinch (Large Pinch)|
|Lime||1 , juiced|
Microwave in a bowl ghee and oil with urad and channa dal,peanuts, mustard seeds, and hing for 2 minutes.
Stir in curry leaves, chillies and turmeric powder and microwave for 30 seconds more.
Mix in the rice, lime juice and salt.
When ready to serve, sprinkle 1/2 cup of water over the rice and microwave for 3 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves
