Ingredients
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chile powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Pure)
  Black pepper To Taste
  Unsalted butter 3 Tablespoon
  Boneless skinless chicken breast halves 4 Large, cubed
  Onions 2 Large, finely chopped
  Tomatoes 2 Large, cut into small chunks
  Green peppers 2 Large, finely chopped
  Stalk celery 1 , finely chopped
  Fresh parsley sprigs 4 , minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Brown spices over high heat in 2 tablespoons butter for 1 minute.
Add chicken, stir to coat and brown 1 more minute.
Set chicken aside.
Add remaining butter to pan; heat and saute onions over high heat until limp.
Add remaining vegetables, garlic, chicken, raisins, sherry and lemon juice and cook over medium heat until vegetables give off juices and celery is tender but slightly crisp.
Freeze in portions suitable for your family's needs.
