Jeera Pulao has a nourishing taste. The lime juice gives the Jeera Pulao a tangy flavour. Must catch it.
|Basmati rice||1 Cup (16 tbs), washed and soaked for 30 minutes in 2 cups water|
|Shahjeera||1 Teaspoon (Black Cumin Seeds)|
|Ghee||1 Teaspoon (Clarified Butter)|
|Lime juice||1 Tablespoon|
Put all the ingredients together in a deep bowl and proceed as for white rice.
