Jeera Pulao has a nourishing taste. The lime juice gives the Jeera Pulao a tangy flavour. Must catch it.
Ingredients
  Basmati rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), washed and soaked for 30 minutes in 2 cups water
  Shahjeera 1 Teaspoon (Black Cumin Seeds)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ghee 1 Teaspoon (Clarified Butter)
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Put all the ingredients together in a deep bowl and proceed as for white rice.
