Ek Hanoi Bhojan
|Peeled and sliced potatoes||250 Gram|
|Sliced onions||250 Gram|
|Plain boiled rice/Saffron rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped green chilies||2|
|Tomatoes||4 , sliced|
|Tomato ketchup||2 Tablespoon|
|Chicken stock||1 Cup (16 tbs) (With Salt)|
In a flat dish first lay 1/3 rd portion of potatoes, onions, rice, mince and lastly sprinkle half the chillies on top.
Make 2 additional layers with the same ingredients.
Then cover the last layer with tomatoes and sprinkle tomato ketchup on top.
Pour the stock over all the layers.
Microwave covered at medium 50% power for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked i.e.
knife goes through them easily when pierced.
