Wild Rice And Mushroom Stuffing

Ingredients
  Onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Sausage meat 1⁄4 Pound
  Boiled wild rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a saucepan, sauté onion in 2 tablespoons of butter 5 minutes, or until lightly browned
2.Now remove from pan and add remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and mushrooms, and cook 5 minutes, then remove from pan
3.In a the saucepan, fry sausage meat until lightly browned, keep stirring constantly
4.Remove from heat and stir in onion and mushrooms, add wild rice and salt, mixing lightly
5.This makes a light goose stuffing
SERVING
6.Serve as a stuffing in a game bird
